The number of your suite (#SL____) will indicate your products, this number is used to identify a client, and to locate your products. This unique U.S. address allows you to receive mail, packages of any size or even oversized items on pallets that are shipped from merchants using major shipping carriers.

The billable weight of a parcel is calculated by its volume.

To determine the dim weight of a package, you must first measure the length, width and height of the package in inches using the longest point on each side, taking into account any bulges or misshaped sides. You then multiply those dimensions to get the cubic size of the package.

The formula for calculating volumetric weight is length x width x height (cm) / 5000*

* If you measure in inches, the conversion factor is 305.

We do our best so that your orders are not taxed by sending it by individual, using boxes without any logos/brands and etc. If your package is taxed (customs) on arrival be advised the amount taxed is exclusively your responsibility. Verify your country's laws and regulations for details on products that are prohibited of being shipped to your country. While our shipping rates include all shipping and handling costs, you may still be responsible for certain Import Duties and Taxes levied against your shipment by your country. You may declare whatever value you want on your items. That will be value that we declare on your package when we forward it to you. We always recommend declaring a reasonable value to avoid unnecessary delays or penalties when the package arrives at your country.

Regardless of the weight, size or value, we can ship anything to anywhere. That said, using our automatic tools and price finder here available, you will be able to ship a parcel with maximum 30 kgs (app 66lbs), maximum of 200cm (H + L + Dx2) and maximum value of 2.500,00.

Yes. Your shipments are traceable and it will be available on the confirmation you will receive via email.

We only send tracked parcels.

 

You will not pay to keep your products at our facility for up to 30 days from arrival at our facility. If you would like to store your product for an additional 30 days you can pay 1.00/ day per product being held and this has to be decided before the free period ends. If chosen not to extend after the first 30 days and do not have them shipped out, your packages will be considered abandoned and ShipLounge will sell your packages through either auction or private sale without prior warning. Just a reminder we are not a storage facility, we are a forwarding company.

 

Usually a minimum amount is included to the price. Extra insurance is optional (it will vary depending on the courier choice, but the most it will cost 5-8%)

 

You are required to examine the goods at the moment of delivery to verify any damage or defects. If any are found, it is necessary that the consumer solicits a Report of occurrence in the presence of the mail delivery agent or attendant at your local Post office, to register any damage. If this procedure is not followed, the insurance on the merchandise will not be able to take effect. This is the only way the insurer will be able to know that you received damaged merchandise. By signing that you received the package you are attesting that the shipment was received in perfect condition.
